These are some pretty common questions I find coming my way.
- What are your workouts?
- What are you eating?

To make things very simple, I made an entire video on my workouts for the week, my thoughts on cardio, calorie consumption, and my diet.
- I go to the gym 4 days a week, Monday - Thursday and target one muscle group per day (except Thursday where I do Bicep and Tricep).
- On Friday & Saturday I do cardio.
- I trey my best to only eat real foods, meaning no processed shit. No seed oils, no added sugar.
- When it comes to cardio, I love cycling and of course running. If you don’t have that kind of time, stick to getting 10,000 steps at least 4X per week and 2X per week do an hour of more intense cardio like hiking or stair master.
